摘要
目的探讨柳江县某医院2005至2011年就诊患者HIV／AIDS流行状况，为艾滋病综合防治和干预提供科学依据。方法使用描述性流行病学分析方法对2005至2011年柳江县某医院HIV／AIDS哨点监测资料进行分析。结果2005至2011年柳江县某医院哨点监测共报告HIV／AIDS532例，其中AIDS患者96例，死亡97例；男性HIV／AIDS患者多于女性，且以20～40岁青壮年为主；不同年龄组男女比例无显著差异（P=0．276）。不同年份感染途径有所不同，由以静脉吸毒为主向以性接触为主转变（P〈0．01）。结论柳江县某医院艾滋病呈低流行态势，但防治形势仍然严峻，应加强对高危人群的监测及干预。
Objective To study the epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS in a hospital in Liujiang county and provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategy. Method The data collected through sentinel surveillance from 2005 to 2011 was analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results The accumulated number of the reported HIV/AIDS cases was 532, including 96 patients with AIDS, 97 death from 2005 to 2011. In the sex ratio of HIV/ AIDS, there were more men than women, and the majority was the youth and middle-aged. Distribution of infection ways in different years were statistically different, and heterosexual transmission was increasing rapidly yearly （P 〈 0.01）. However, sex in different age group had no statistical significant difference（P=0.276）. Conclusion AIDS epidemic is gradually brought under control, but still the high-risk groups should be strengthened for the monitoring and intervention.
