浅析社会因素的剖宫产及干预措施

Analysis of the cesarean section of the social factors and the interventions

目的分析我院以社会因素为剖宫产指征的比例升高的原因并制定相应干预措施。方法通过对2006年至2007年两年剖宫产病例进行回顾性分析。结果社会因素剖宫产占剖宫产指征第一位，占40．1％。其中产痛恐惧是产妇及家属选择剖宫产的主要原因，其占49％。结论加强孕妇学校的宣教作用，大力开展导乐陪伴分娩和镇痛分娩，正确掌握剖宫产指征，提高产科质量，降低社会因素所致的剖宫产。

Objective To analyze the reasons for the increase of the proportion of hospital social factors as indications of cesarean section and develop appropriate interventions. Method From 2006 and 2007 cesarean section cases were retrospectively analyzed. Result social factors of cesarean section is at the first place of cesarean section＇s indications, the fear of labor pain is the main reason for pregnant women and their families＇ choice of cesarean section. Conclusions to strengthen the Publicity and education of school for pregnant women , and vigorously carry out the Doula and analgesia in labor, improve the proper understanding of the indications for cesarean section and the quality of obstetric , reduce the cesarean section rate caused by social factors caused
