循证护理在经皮肾镜碎石术中的应用效果观察

Observation on application effect of evidence-base nursing in percutaneous nephrolithotomy

目的探讨循证护理在经皮肾镜碎石术中的应用疗效。方法选取我院2010年1月至2011年1月进行经皮肾镜碎石手术的患者56例，对所有患者进行循证护理，观察其应用效果。结果本组患者在循证护理下，均为出现体位不当引发的并发症。结论经皮肾镜碎石术患者进行循证护理，能够显著预防体位不当引发的并发症，循证护理具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the application curative effect of evidence-base nursing （EBN） in percutaneous nephrolithotomy （PCNL）. Methods 56 cases of PCNL treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were selected, and given EBN and observed the therapeutic. Results With the EBN, the complications in patients were mainly caused by improper body positions. Conclusion With EBN treatment to patients of PCNL, the complications caused by improper positions can be obviously prevented, which has clinical promotion application value.
