摘要 针对车间生产制造信息化的需求,提出了一整套的软件系统建设理论,并结合实际案例,系统地阐述了看板系统(MES系统)在生产制造领域的应用效果和发展历程。看板系统以计算机技术为辅,通过信息传递对从物料齐套到产品完成的整个生产过程进行优化管理,当车间发生事件时,看板能及时做出反馈、报告,并用实时准确的数据对它们进行处理和指导。通过多角度的分析,论述了看板系统在生产制造业发展过程中的巨大作用和推动力。 Because of the workshop production of information needs, this paper put forward a set of software system construction theory. Combined with the actual case, the system elaborated the kanban system (MES system) in the area of production application and development. With computer technology as a supplement, kanban system through the informa tion transmission from materials supports the completion of the product of the entire production process to optimize the man agement. When the factory real time event happens, kanban can make timely feedback, report, and the real-time and accu- rate data for their management and guidance. This article discussed the kanban system through the analysis of many aspects, it plays an important role and impetus.
