摘要
对于4轴或4轴以上的数控编程、数控加工来说,由于编程人员无法预测程序的正确性,即无法预测在程序的运行过程中是否会有"过切"和"欠切"现象以及刀具与零件及机床部件的干涉和碰撞,因此,数控程序的模拟仿真是必不可少的、重要的一个环节。本文以DMU125P5轴机床、西门子840D数控系统及球面零件切削为例,详细阐述5轴仿真的制作过程及模拟仿真的实际应用。
For CNC program and CNC manufacturing that be accomplished by 4-axis or multiple axle, how to know that is proper and how to run in the processing, whether cause the "over cut"or "deficient cut", whether get the result wanted? It is a question. So CNC simulation is necessary and important. The paper took DMU 125P five axis machine tool,SIE- MENS 840D and spherical surface milling for an example, mainly enlarged on the five axis CNC simulation process and it's application.
