基于ADAMS的翻板机驱动轴的柔性体和钢性体的仿真分析

摘要 利用SolidEdge软件对翻板机进行三维实体建模,再导入ADAMS软件并对翻板机驱动轴的柔性体和刚性体进行仿真分析,得到翻板机驱动轴的柔性体和刚性体质心的位移、速度、加速度、角速度、角加速度曲线图。通过驱动轴的柔性体和刚性体分析,为翻板机的结构优化奠定了基础。 Three-dimensional model of turnover machine was established by the software of SolidEdge, then it was lead in the software of ADAMS and down the simulation anaIysis of flexible bodies and rigid bodies of driving axle of turnover machine. At last, the graphic of displacement, speed, acceleration, angular velocity, angular acceleration of mass center of flexible bodies and rigid bodies of driving axle of turnover machine were gotten. Through the flexible bodies and rigid bodies analysis of driving axle, it provides a basis for the structure optimization of turnover machine.
