摘要
通过对ZY2600液压支架立柱结构及工作原理的分析,以及对加工和装配全过程的跟踪,找到了使用过程中造成立柱导向套批量泄漏油液的原因,总结出了利用数控车床进行螺纹定向车削的方法,并用此方法解决了立柱的泄漏问题,同时又指导立柱的生产。实践证明了这一方法的正确性和可行性,同时还为有相对位置要求的螺纹联接加工提供了一种可行的方法,具有较好的前景。
Through the analysis of structure and working principle of ZY2600 hydraulic support column, and the tracing of tracking of processing and the assembly procedure, the reasons of mass leakage of columns fairlead under processing were found, the way of oriented turning of screw by using CNC machine tools was concluded, and the problem of that was solved successfully by it. At the same time, it is useful for the producing of columns. The practice verifies the correctness and fea- sibility of the way, and it provides a good way for screw connection processing with the same position requirements.
