摘要
面齿轮加工后的精度评定是面齿轮研究的主要方向之一。分析了GPS系统分析过程和实施思路,将GPS理论与面齿轮齿面检测结合,建立了面齿轮齿面检测方法,完成了面齿轮齿面偏差的精度评定,为面齿轮加工精度的评定奠定了基础。
Processed face-gear precision assessment is one of the main directions of face-gear research. This paper ana- lyzed the process of GPS system and implementation of the ideas, combined GPS theory with face-gear tooth surface meas- urement,the method of face-gear tooth surface measurement was established, and face-gear tooth surface deviation assess- ment was completed. That made the foundation for the assessment of the face-gear processing accuracy.
