上海轨道交通1号线"12·22"列车侧面冲撞事故引起了业界的广泛关注。从事故经过、事故影响、应急处置、责任认定等四个方面对事故进行了详细分析。提出域市轨道交通运营管理在系统设计、采购、应急处置、人员培训和乘客信息告知等四方面的事后反思,以期为上海和国内其他城市的轨道交通安全运营提供参考。

The train-side-coUided accident of Shanghai metro line 1 on December 22 of 2009 aroused wide concern in urban rail transportation field. With a focus on detailed analyses of the accident process, influence, emergency response and responsibility identification, some reflections on rail transit operation management in system design procurement are put forward, the emer-gency response, personnel training and passenger information are emphasized, because they will guarantee the safe operation of rail transit in Shanghai and other Chinese cities.
