摘要 目的评价高血压病患者动态血压节律异常对脉搏波传导速度及左室质量的影响。方法根据24h动态血压结果将80例高血压病患者分为杓形血压组与非杓形血压组,分别进行了脉搏波传导速度(PWV)及超声心动图测定。结果杓形血压组与非杓形血压组的PWV及左室质量指数(LVMI)均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);其中非杓形血压组显著高于杓形血压组(P<0.01)。结论高血压患者血压昼夜节律异常者,往往伴有外周血管及心脏靶器官损害,PWV值及LVMI可反映高血压病患者血压节律的异常。 Objective To evaluate the effects of circadian rhythm on pulse wave velocity and left ventricular mass with essential hypertension(EH). Methods According to ambulatory blood pressure,80 Cases with EH were divided into two groups:dipper and nondipper. The pulse wave veloeity(PWV)and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)were measured. Results The PWV and LVMI were significant higher in patients of EH than NS group (P〈0.01),and the difference between dipper and non- dipper groups were statistically significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion Hypertensive patients with nondipper pattern show damage of target organs. The levels of PWV and LVMI could reflect the rhythm of blood pressure and the structural abnormality of left ventricle in EH patients.
