摘要
室性早搏（室早）不但在器质性心脏疾病或心功能不全患者中十分常见,在无明确心血管疾病的人群中也不少见。过去有小规模人群纵深研究对频发室早（〉1000/24h）但无明确心血管疾病的人群随访10年,结果显示新发心血管事件和死亡风险与正常人群并无明显差别[1,2],故认为这类室早是良性的。
