摘要
概述了Ti-Al3Ti层状复合材料的国内外研究现状,着重论述了压力加工复合材料的制备技术,同时归纳了Ti-Al3Ti层状复合材料的微观组织及力学性能方面的研究,发现材料微观组织结构可控并具有高的强度和断裂韧性。此外还从材料制备、成形、设计及模拟的角度对这种新型层状复合材料的研究方向提出了进一步的想法。
The research progress of Ti AlaTi laminated composites is reviewed. The preparation technologies ofmaterials utilizing pressure synthesis are introduced emphatically and the research progress of the microstructure and mechanical property of Ti Ala Ti laminated composites is included. The composites have microstructure which can be controlled by preparation process and have high strength and fracture toughness. Besides, some further ideas and re- search fields are proposed in terms of preparation, forming, design and simulation.
