Commercial application of improved LY-C_2-02 hydrogenation catalyst in two stage bed instruments

中国石油辽阳石化分公司200 kt·a-1乙烯装置碳二加氢反应器入口物料中乙炔含量高,远超过其他同类装置,采用改进型LY-C2-02催化剂后,运行周期、加氢选择性和乙烯纯度等均有大幅度提高,完全能够满足装置指标要求。

The acetylene content in materials of acetylene hydrogenation reactor inlet was high in 200 kt · a-1 ethylene plant of PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company, and far more than that in other similar devices. After using improved LY-C2-02 catalyst, the running cycle, hydrogenation selectivity, and the purity of ethylene were obviously enhanced. The catalyst was fully able to meet the requirements of the device.
