基于政府管理决策视角,分析了补贴与产业损害因果关系确定的主要标准,构建了补贴与产业损害因果关系确定的Granger检验三步法,并选取2006年中美铜版纸案件补贴与产业损害调查期的相关数据进行实证研究。

From the perspective of government management and decision-making,this research analyzes the primary standard of confirming the causality between subsidy and industrial injury,constructs the Granger causality test three steps method between subsidy and industrial injury,and makes an empirical research on the related data during the investigation of subsidy and industrial injury of coated free sheet paper between the USA and China in 2006.
