宁夏吴忠市利通区60岁以上老年人生活质量调查分析

Analysis on the life quality of over 60-year elderly in Litong district of Wuzhong

目的了解农村60岁以上老年人生活质量现状及其影响因素,为进一步开展社区卫生服务保健提供科学参考。方法采用整群系统抽样方法在吴忠市利通区调查2个乡14个村的常住老年人(≥60岁)进行面对面问卷调查,以获取其社会人口学特征、生活质量等相关信息。结果生活质量良者71.13%,中者10.95%,差者17.92%;多因素分析显示,影响农村60岁以上老年人生活质量的主要因素有高年龄、女性、2周患病、近1年内住院。结论政府应采取积极的政策,从物质保证、精神赡养、医疗保健等多方面入手,采取综合措施提高老年人的生活质量。

Objective To understand quality of life the over 60 - year elderly and its influencing factors in Litong district of Wuzhong, and to provide scientific basis for the future community health services. Methods The method of cluster systematic sampling was used and sampled 14 villages resident （age≥60 years） in 2 towns. The method of face to face questionnaire was used to gain its society demographic, and the quality of life and other related information. Results The elderly whose quality of life were rated as good accounted for 71.13%, medium accounted for 10.95%, and poor accounted for 17.92%. The multivariate regression analysis indicated that the main influencing factors of the elderly rural resident quality of life may be age, sex, two - week morbidity and hospitalization in the most recent year. Conclusion The government should provide elderly with an active policy from the material guarantee, the spiritu- al support, medical care, and other multi - pronged approach, so as to raise the rural elderly quality of life.
