东莞市居民社区卫生服务满意度调查分析

Investigation of urban resident's satisfaction on community health services in Dongguan city

目的了解居民对社区卫生服务满意度的情况。方法在全市33个镇(街)中,随机抽取1个社区务卫生服务中心和1个服务站,按服务区域内每万常住人口样本量61人为标准,以社区拦截调查、电话随访、入户调查等方式调查居民5 588名进行分析。结果居民对社区卫生服务满意度得分为83.56分,其中对就诊距离、服务环境的满意度得分较高分别为8.58及8.48分,而获取服务及相关信息得分最低,仅为8.07分。提供服务效果、获取服务及信息、就诊距离、服务态度、服务项目齐全、户籍是Logistic分析筛选出的社区卫生服务满意度的影响因素(P<0.05),其中提供服务效果影响强度最大。结论东莞市社区卫生服务规划建设及服务环境较为完善,但内涵建设有待进一步提高。

Objective To understand the residents of the community health service satisfaction. Methods In the 33 towns （ street）, a random sample of each community health services centers and each service stations, according to the service area per 10,000 permanent population sample volumes of standard of the 61 person, community intercept survey, with telephone follow up, household survey. Surveyed of residents was 5588, and the data were analyzed. Results The residents of the community health service satisfaction score were 83.56. The visiting distance, service environment satisfaction higher scores were 8.58 and 8.48, but access to services and related information scored lowest （8.07）. Provided service effect, accessed to services and information, consultation, service attitude, service from the project complete and census register were the influencing factors of satisfaction with community health services effect by Logistic analysis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The community health service in Dongguan city planning and construction and service environment is relatively perfect.
