摘要
研究了2种不同高炉铜冷却壁Ⅰ(焊丝为合金),Ⅱ(焊丝为纯铜)管板焊接结构处的原位显微组织。经观察发现,对金相图片进行特殊的原位处理后,可找到焊接熔合线,并由此确定焊缝区、热影响区及母材区。铜冷却壁Ⅰ中存在外形显著有别的柱状晶、等轴晶以及相应的过渡晶,其焊缝中存在未熔合、气孔和变向生长柱状晶等焊接缺陷。铜冷却壁Ⅱ晶粒相对均匀,焊缝组织中未发现明显的焊接缺陷。根据研究结果,提出了改进铜冷却壁的焊接工艺。
The in-situ microstructures of weld zone in two kinds of copper staves with different welding procedures was studied.One solder wire was alloy and the other was pure Cu.Observations demonstrated that weld junction was easily to find after in-situ treatment.Copper staveⅠhavestyloid crystals and spherical ones with transitions between them with incomplete fusion,blowhole and deflecting styloid crystals in weld beam.While copper staveⅡconsisted of grains evener and there was no obvious defect in its weld zone.The layer near the surface consists of grains finer and tinier than the close central one.According to the results,some advices for weld procedure improving of copper stave were given in the essay.
