玻璃模具型腔等离子弧喷焊工艺试验 被引量:1

摘要 采用等离子弧喷焊工艺方法,选用镍基合金粉末在玻璃模具型腔的关键部位进行了等离子弧喷焊工艺试验,对喷焊层金属的显微组织进行了分析,测试了喷焊层的显微硬度。试验结果表明,喷焊层与基体为冶金结合,喷焊层呈枝状晶组织,硬度达到HV296。通过对玻璃模具型腔进行等离子弧喷焊镍基合金,玻璃模具的耐磨性、抗高温氧化性能得到显著提高,其使用寿命也得到延长。 Surfacing process experiment was carried out on key parts of glass mould cavity by plasma spraying welding using Ni-based alloy powder.In this paper,the microstructure,phases and micro-hardness of deposited weld metals were analyzed and tested.The results showed that the coating was metallurgical boned to substrate and the microstructure of coating was dendrite structure with hardness up to HV296.Based on the experiment,the materials performance of wear-resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance were significantly enhanced,and the life of the mould had been improved.
