迷迭香中迷迭香酸提取工艺的优化 被引量:2

摘要 采用正交试验优化迷迭香(Rosmarinus officinalis)中迷迭香酸的提取工艺,考察了乙醇体积分数、提取时间、料液比等因素对迷迭香酸提取率的影响。结果表明,迷迭香酸的最佳提取工艺条件为采用超声波辅助提取40 min,乙醇体积分数为15%,料液比为1∶20(m/V,g∶mL)。所筛选出来的最佳提取工艺稳定可行,重现性好。 Orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the extraction process for rosmarinic acid from Rosmarinus officinalis.The effects of volume fraction of ethanol,extraction time and solid to liquid ratio on the yield of rosmarinic acid were studied.The optimal extraction process was as follows,volume fraction of ethanol,15%;solid to liquid ratio,1∶20(m/V,g∶mL);extraction time,40 min.The optimal extraction process was reliable and with good reproducibility.
