环首都经济圈食品安全服务体系的构建

Study on the Construction of Food Safety Service System of the Capital Economic Circle

食品安全一直是人们关注的热点问题之一,河北省近年提出"构建环首都经济圈,为北京提供绿色食品"的战略目标。通过分析构建环首都经济圈食品安全服务体系的重要性和必要性,提出构建食品安全服务体系的核心思想在于搭建科技创新服务平台,并对服务体系中各服务主体职能进行了分析,并提出相关保障措施。

Food safety is one of the heat issue which people pays close attention to.A strategic objective was provided by Hebei province,which was to build the capital＇s economic circle and provide green food for Beijing.Through analyzing the importance and necessity of the construction of food safety service system of the capital＇s economic circle,the point that constructing the science and technology innovation service platform was the core idea of the establishment of food safety service system was put forward.The functions of service subjects of the capital＇s economic circle were analyzed and related guarantee measures were put forward.
