川西气田大斜度井临界携液模拟实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 以川西大斜度气井为研究对象,针对其井斜角大、造斜段长,基于单一垂直段或倾斜段的临界流速模型难以正确预测排水临界气量这一生产技术难题,笔者自行研制了高18m、30×3mm的可视化大斜度井携液采气模拟装置。基于川西大斜度井的井斜角范围,动态模拟了20°、40°、60°井斜角下携液采气的临界气量,拟合其对应角度的临界流速系数,进而修正了Keuning携液模型,即为川西大斜度井临界携液气量模型。其计算结果与实验测试气量误差较小,同时川西13口大斜度井实例也证实该模型的有效性。该研究成果对大斜度井携液采气具有重要的现实意义。 Taking high angle deviated gas wells in west Sichuan gas field as the research object,for its large deviation angle and long kick-off section,these critical flow velocity models applied in unitary vertical section or inclined section are difficult to correctly calculate the critical drainage gas production of high angle deviated gas well.Therefore,the author has developed a visualization liquid-carrying gas production device of high angle deviated well,and based on deviation angle range,the critical production rate was dynamically simulated under 20°,40° and 60° deviation angle,and the corresponding critical flow velocity factor was also corrected.At last,Keuning carrying fluids model was corrected.The calculation results of Keuning model has less error comparing with experimental test,at the same time,the validity of new model was also confirmed by application of 13 wells in West Sichuan.The research results have important practical significance for carrying liquid production inhigh angle deviated gas wells.
