摘要
喷射酸压技术是一种精细化改造技术,适宜于薄互层及与水层间距小的薄油层储层改造。从原理上分析,直井喷射酸压能解决水平井喷射酸压过程中存在的定位难、管柱震动、砂卡等难题。针对塔里木油田英买力区块出现的与水层间距小、油水关系复杂的薄油层储层改造技术难题,在前期碳酸盐岩水平井水力喷射压裂的试验基础上,在YM461井开展了直井喷射压裂先导性试验,在试验中出现了一些技术难题和复杂情况,未能达到预期改造效果。文章从工程方案优化及现场应用情况分析入手,提出了今后在直井进行喷射酸压的改进措施。
Hydraulic jet acid fracturing technology is an accurate fracturing technology,which combines perforation and fracturing together,and is suitable for fracturing multiple thin alternate layer and the thin reservoirs with small distance between water layer.Vertical well hydraulic jet fracturing technology could solve some technical problems,such as the location of jet point,pipe string shock and sand bridging which are usually occurs in horizontal well.This paper introduced the engineering project and field application of vertical well hydraulic jet acid fracturing,meanwhile,the research direction and improvement measures of the technology have also been put forward.
