摘要
针对深井管柱温度高、注液压力大,管柱受力复杂等特点,综合考虑井身结构、管柱组合、工况、施工顺序等因素,考虑封隔器的约束和温度、压力变化引起的温度效应、螺旋弯曲效应等四种效应对管柱受力、变形的影响,给出了试油井下管柱轴向受力、变形、应力计算方法,并结合油田现场实际对流体摩阻的计算方法进行了简化。根据理论分析开发了深井试油井下管柱力学分析软件,在管柱组合设计与强度校核、施工参数计算方面具有一定的指导意义,在胜利油田和大港油田已实际运用多次。
Based on the characteristics of deep well testing string,such as high temperature,high injection pressure and complicated stresses,the calculation methods on axial force,stress and deformation of testing string were obtained.The methods comprehensively considered the factors of hole structure,string combination,well conditions,operation procedure,and the infection of the temperature effect,helical buckling effect,ballooning effect and piston effect caused by packers' restriction and the change of temperature and pressure on string force and deformation.Meanwhile,the calculation method of fluid frictional resistance was simplified.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the mechanical software of downhole testing strings for deep wells was developed.The software has guiding significance for string combination designing,strength check and optimizing operation parameters.And it has been applied many times in Shengli oilfield and Dagang oilfield.
