浅层水平井管柱摩阻与力学分析 被引量:9

摘要 针对浅层水平井的"浅"、直井段短、水平段长的特点和直井段的钻具重量不足以推动钻具前进与井眼延伸,管柱的受力及安全问题突出的难点,通过软件对楼平2井的管柱摩阻与力学进行分析,成功克服浅层水平井钻柱在造斜率高达(58°~65°)/100m中的大摩阻,合理优化井口大尺寸钻具倒装加压技术,保证了浅层水平井最大限度地实现地质设计目标,降低了井下管柱的复杂情况发生,使楼平2井的实钻位垂比达到2.51,对其它类似水平井的施工有着重要的指导意义。 Shallow horizontal wells have the features ofshort straight section and long horizontal section.The weight of drilling tool in the straight section is not heavy enough to push forward the drilling tool,so drilling operation can 't go along smoothly and at the same time the drilling string will face serious safety issues.Through analyzing friction resistance of the drilling string in Well Louping 2 by using relevant software and adopting the corresponding technical measures,the large friction resistance in shallow horizontal wells with high build-up rate up to 58°-60° /100m has been overcome,the technology of adding pressure at the wellhead using large-size drilling tools was optimized,the geological design targets of shallow horizontal well were drilled successfully and down-hole pipe string trouble was reduced,the actual rate of horizontal displacement to vertical depth reached 2.5.
