摘要
干熄焦焦罐衬板承受着较大的热载荷,属于经常更换的易损件,延长衬板的寿命,可以降低生产成本,提高生产效率。采用有限元方法,定量地分析了衬板的热应力,并提出了降低热应力的措施,所作工作为提高衬板寿命提供了理论依据。
Lining plate of coke drum of dry quenching bears a greater thermal load. It is a damageable part that needs to replace frequently. And prolonging the lining plate life could reduce production cost and improve production efficiency. Thermal stress of the lining plate was analyzed quantifieationally by using the finite clement method, and some measures were given to reduce the thermal stress. The work of this thesis provides theoretic foundation for prolonging lining plate life.
