In combination with the power supply and distribution characteristics of the power supply and distribution planning and design for a significant project, the selection of voltage class, safety analysis of power supply and site selection of 110 kV general step-down transformer substation as well as the mode of systemic distribution and others in the power supply and distribution system are introduced. Some thinking directions and methods during the planning and designing stage of the power supply and distribution of the project are presented, and it is indicated that the clear and reasonable ideas for planning and design are significant to project construction.
