养殖中华鳖肠道中芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定及其噬菌体的分离和性质分析 被引量:10

摘要 从中华鳖肠道组织中分离得到3株芽孢杆菌,经菌落及菌体形态、主要生理生化特征鉴定及16SrDNA序列分析,其中一株菌被鉴定为短小芽孢杆菌,另外2株菌为沙福芽孢杆菌。以其中的短小芽孢杆菌为指示菌,从中华鳖养殖水体中分离得到其噬菌体,并对其性质进行研究。研究结果表明,该噬菌体具有较高的热稳定性和较广的pH适应范围,对紫外线较敏感,感染宿主菌的潜伏时间为10min,爆发时间为70min,裂解量约为94.25。 Three strains of Bacillus were isolated from the intestinal tracts of Chinese soft-shelled turtle Trionyx sinensis,one of which was identified as B.pumilus,and the other two were identified as B.safensis,based on the morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and the homological analysis of 16S rDNA sequence.One bacteriophage was isolated from the aquaculture water of the turtle using B.pumilus,one of the three strains,as the host bacteria,and some of its characteristics were studied.The results showed that the phage had a high thermal stability,wide range adaptation of pH and more sensitive to UV.In addition,incubation period was 10 min for this phage,the burst phage in 70 min,and the burst size at about 94.25.In short,this bacteriophage has a relatively short incubation period and a large burst size.
