一种新型轧辊用钢的连续冷却转变研究

摘要 为合理制定一种新型轧辊用钢的热处理工艺,研究了该钢的连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明,过冷组织中存在大量未溶碳化物和组织偏析,通过提高奥氏体化温度可使碳化物充分溶解,得到均匀的组织。 In order to institute a suitable heat treatment technology, the continuous cooling transformation curve of a new type roll steel was studied. The results showed that earbide and segregation were still existent in supercooling microstruetures. The earbide could be dissolved by increasing austenizing temperature, and homogeneous microstructures were gained.
