摘要
介绍了特殊钢锭的生产工艺及产品质量现状,对钢中夹杂物的影响进行了研究。通过脱碳、脱氧、脱硫,控制软吹时间和废钢质量等措施,有效地减少钢中夹杂物数量,提高钢锭质量。
This paper introduces manufacturing processes and product quality situation of special steel ingot, and researches its influence on steel inclusion. It can reduce steel inclusion and improve steel ingot quality by the measures of decarburization, deoxidation, desulfurization, controlling soft blow time and scrap steel quality.
