摘要
采用有限元技术对受双向拉应力作用的正方体锻件的内部中心孔洞进行了模拟分析。得出结论:不同的拉应力比值是影响锻件内部孔洞体积、短轴变化的主要因素,孔洞长轴的变化则主要取决于锻件的变形率。
The simulation analysis is performed for the inner center hole of cube forgings under biaxial stress by finite element technique. The result shows that the different tensile stress ratios are the main factor to influence the change of forging inner hole volume and short axis, and the change of hole long axis is depend on deformation rate of forging.
