摘要
分析了MC5轧辊辊颈表淬裂纹形成的原因。通过减少锻造火次,合理控制锤击力和锻比,适当降低辊颈表面淬火温度,防止轧辊辊颈出现表淬开裂。
This paper analyzes the reason for surface quenching crack of MC5 roll neck, and the surface quenching crack can be avoided by reducing forging times, reasonably controlling hammering force and forging ratio, and properly decreasing surface quenching temperature of roll neck.
