摘要
介绍了35 MN快锻机立柱的铸造工艺方案。利用铸造模拟软件ProCAST对铸件进行了充型与凝固过程的数值模拟。基于模拟结果,确认了浇冒口系统与外冷铁设置的合理性,并最终获得了合格的铸件产品。
This paper introduces the casting process design of 35MN rapid forging press column. ProCAST software is used to simulate the filling and solidification process of the casting. Based on the simulation results, the design of parameters including feeding and gating system, chills distribution is reasonable and qualified casting products are gained finally.
