摘要
根据转子材料杨氏模量随温度的二次多项式变化函数,推导了考虑温度分布的单元刚度矩阵,给出了考虑转子轴向温度分布的有限元模型,分析了在轴向温度均匀分布、线性分布和二次多项式分布情况下转子临界转速的变化趋势。结果表明,模型可以体现转子轴向温度分布对刚度矩阵的影响,能够有效提高高温下转子临界转速的计算精度。
Based on the second order polynomial variation of Yang' s modulus with temperature, the stiffness matrix of a rotor finite element model was derived, considering the influence of axial temperature distribution of the rotor. The rotor model was analyzed under the uniform distribution, linear distribution and second polynomial distribution of temperature and the variation of first two critical speeds were discussed. Results show that, with the consideration of the influence of axial temperature distribution on rotor stiffness matrix, the model improves the expected results of rotor critical speeds when the rotor is working at high temperature.
