摘要
针对惯性平台内框架失稳倒台故障,基于Hertz接触力模型建立内框架组件倒台时的动力学模型,全面分析了倒台时内框架与挡块的碰撞力变化过程。之后使用Ansys Workbench仿真软件,建立并分析平台内框架失稳倒台的动力学模型。计算出在倒台过程中挡块的应力分布云图。将两者相比较,证明了所建立的动力学模型以及各项分析的正确性,为后续的平台设计提供了重要的参考。
Aiming at considering the running away fault of the inner gimbal component of inertial platform due to instability, an inner gimbal dynamic model was established based on the Hertz contact model. The process of impact force between inner gimbal and obstructive block was analysed. And then the ansys workbench was used to work out the stress distribution in obstructive block. The results of simulation by Ansys Workbench and dynamic model were compared to prove the correctness of the dynamic model. The result provides uesful reference to the future design of inertial platform.
