低温等离子射频消融术治疗颈椎病的护理配合

Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment of cervical disease nursing

目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗颈椎病的围手术期护理规范。方法:对17例行低温等离子射频消融术治疗颈椎病的患者进行术前心理护理;做好各种术前准备;术后密切观察病情;加强神经根脊髓损伤、食管及喉返神经损伤、切口感染等并发症的观察与护理;重视术后的功能锻炼和出院指导。结果:本组全部患者均经术后3个月的随访,14例患者症状有明显改善,优良率为82.35%,总有效率为94.1%。结论:我科现行的低温等离子射频消融术治疗颈椎病的围手术期护理方法是切实有效的。

Objective： To study the low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of peri operation period nursing standard. Methods： 17 cases of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of cervical disease in patients with preoperative psychological nursing, do all the preparation before operation; postoperative close observation of disease condition, en- hancement of nerve roots, spinal cord injury of esophagus and recurrent laryngeal nerve injury, infection of incisional wound complications of observation and care, attention to postoperative functional exercise and discharge guidance. Results： all patients in this group are in after 3 months follow-up, 14 patients symptoms improved significantly, the excellent and good rate was 82.35%, total effective rate was 94.1%. Conclusion： our department the low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of peri operation pe- riod nursing method is effective.
