微创经皮与传统切开复位内固定治疗胫骨骨折的疗效比较 被引量:38

摘要 目的比较微创经皮锁定钢板内固定术与传统切开复位解剖钢板内固定术治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2007年2月至2010年6月收治的52例胫骨骨折患者随机分成两组,24例行微创经皮锁定钢板内固定术(微创组),28例行传统切开复位解剖钢板内固定术(传统组),对两组患者的手术过程及结果进行比较。结果微创组切口小,手术时间短,术中出血量少,骨痂形成时间和骨折临床愈合时间短;微创组疗效明显优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮锁定钢板内固定术符合生物及力学原则,术后疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To comparison of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis technique and traditional anatomi- cal plate internal fixation technique on the treatment of tibial fracture. Methods 52 cases of tibial fracture were randomly divided into two groups, respectively. 24 cases treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(minimally invasive group)and 28 cases treated with open reduction and anatomical plate fixation(traditional group). The operation process and the results of two groups were compared. Results Minimally invasive group had a small ineision,a short operation time,a small amount of hemorrhage, a short healing time of fracture and osteotylus forming time. The effects in minimally invasive group were superior to those in traditional group(P〈0.05). Coneluslon Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis technique accords with biological osteosynthesis and mechanical principle,has a satisfactory curative effect and is worthy of clinical application.
