制磷电炉内电流与热量分布对黄磷生产的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过对制磷电炉的热平衡测试分析,指出了炉内电流、热量受炉内电阻变化的影响,而电炉设计参数、物料组分、炉料配比、操作方法决定了炉内电阻变化。分析了影响炉内电流分布的因素和操作控制对它的影响,提出了生产管理和操作要求,以保证制磷电炉在最佳状态下安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷运行。 Through heat balance test analysis of phosphorus furnace,it is pointed out that electric current and heat in the furnace are influenced by the variance of electric resistance in the furnace,while the furnace design parameters,material composition,furnace material ratio,and operation method determine the resistance variance in the furnace.The factors influencing the electric current distribution in the furnace and the influence by operation control on it are analyzed,and requirements on production management and operation are provided,so as to ensure safe,stable,long-term and full-load operation of the phosphorus furnace under the optimum conditions.
