摘要
介绍了国内第一套15 kt/a萃取磷酸装置经过连续多次扩产技术改造所采取的主要措施,包括调整反应温度、增加反应槽体积、改变料浆冷却方式和过滤机选型等,使之扩产至75 kt/a,指出了各项措施的扩产效果,并对今后的技术进步提出了建议。
Main measures taken during the multiple revamp and upgrade efforts for the first 15 kt/a extraction phosphoric acid plant in China are outlined,including adjusting the reaction temperature,increasing the size of the reactor,changing the slurry cooling method,and selection of filter,etc,so as to increase the capacity to 75 kt/a.The expansion effect by various measures is pointed out,and suggestions for future technical upgrade are provided.
