硫酸装置余热蒸汽汽轮机主汽门漏气原因及排除措施

摘要 由于硫酸装置余热蒸汽汽轮机调节阀漏气,主汽门不能完全闭合,汽轮机运行时飞车事故时有发生,对人身安全造成危害,给企业造成很大的经济损失。分析了调节阀漏气的原因,并在大修时找到一个容易被忽视的结构缺陷,采取了焊死阀板的有效措施对其进行焊接修复。 Due to gas leakage in the control valve of the waste heat steam turbine of the sulphuric acid plant,the main steam valve can't be fully closed,so that uncontrollable runaway accident sometimes happens,and cause harm to personal safety,and major economic loss to the enterprise.The cause of gas leakage in the control valve is analyzed,and a constructional defect that may be easily ignored during the major overhaul is identified,and effective measures are taken to weld the valve plat for repair.
