当代巨型高炉技术进步

Technological Progress for Contemporary Huge Blast Furnace

21世纪以来，国内外建成投产了10余座5000m^3以上的巨型高炉。对近10年国内外建成投产的巨型高炉发展现状和技术装备进行评述，介绍当代巨型高炉先进的设计理念和技术指标，研究分析当代巨型高炉的技术特征。当代巨型高炉在工艺技术装备方面取得长足进步，在提高生产效率、降低燃料消耗、延长高炉寿命、减少环境污染等方面成就突出。阐述当代巨型高炉在工艺技术装备、精料与炉料分布控制、高炉长寿、高风温、富氧喷煤、煤气干法除尘等技术领域的主要技术进步，指出未来巨型高炉的发展方向。

Since 21^st century, more than 10 huge blast furnaces have been built and started all over the world. This paper expounds the developing status, technologies and equipments of huge blast furnaces which have been built and blew in during last decade all over the world, introduces the advanced design philosophy and technical specifications, analyses and researches the technical characteristics of contemporary huge blast furnaces. The author considers that great technical progresses have been made on technical -equipment and the outstanding progresses have been achieved on high production efficiency, low fuel consumption, long campaign life, low environment pollution of contemporary huge blast furnace. This paper elaborates the main technical progress of process and technical- equipments, beneficiated burden raw material, burden distribution control, long campaign life, high blast temperature, high oxygen enrichment and high rate of pulverized coal injection, dry bag filter dedusting technology of blast furnace gas. Additionally, this paper also points out the development orientation of huge blast furnace in the future.
