摘要
针对加热炉步进机械液压系统，研究了一种带有安全保护功能的液压阀台，对步进式加热炉提升液压缸进行控制和安全保护，不但能够精确地控制提升液压缸按工艺要求的“V—T”曲线工作，而且能够避免因液压系统高压胶管爆裂而发生提升机械设备损毁，造成重大经济损失和人身伤亡事故，该成果成功应于实际，经济和社会效益显著，具有重要的推广应用价值。
One kind of hydraulic valve stand with safety protection function for furnace equipment used walking beam were researched and developed. In this valve stand, it can accurately control the lifting cylinder of walking beam with safety protection according to ＂V -T＂ curve based on the process require- ment, the damage of walking beam and economy loss and person injure can be avoided when the high pressure hose crack. In practical application, it could be bring on prominent benefit on economy and soci- ety.
