组织学习视角下的网络学习社区模型探究

Inquiry into Network Learning Community Model from the Perspective of Organization Learning

组织作为一个整体,具有记忆和认知的功能,整体搭配不良的组织结构会阻碍组织和个体的发展。本研究认为,网络学习社区相对于传统的学习环境具有更优越的组织结构,从组织学习的视角提出了一个功能更为健全、结构更为合理的网络学习社区模型,并对其中功能模块的设置进行了说明。

Organization as a whole has the function of memory and cognition.One organization which has the bad collocation may hinder its development and its individual development.This paper holds that web study environment has superior organization structure compared with the traditional study environment,and puts forward a Networked Learning Community model within more perfect functions and more reasonable structure,and explains its function modules from the perspective of organization learning.
