随着"依法治校"理念的不断深入,高校学生管理方面的法规不断改进和完善。在学生违纪行为处理机制方面,高校在规章制度、机构设置、处理程序等方面仍存在待完善之处。明确高校学生违纪行为处理的指导原则,使相关处理机制规范化、程序化,对于构建和谐校园,降低各类生校纠纷有重要的实践意义。

Along with the deepening of the idea of the administering the university according to law,the management laws and regulations of college student continue to be improved and perfected.In the student indiscipline mechanism,there are some aspects needing to be perfected on university rules and regulations,institutional settings,and procedures.Making clear the guiding principle of college students' violation of discipline,and standardizing and routinizing the relative processing mechanism,have important practical significance to reducing all kinds of students school disputes and constructing harmonious colleges.
