Hotel laboratory is one of the important teaching platforms in fostering hotel management professionals.Summarizing the hotel laboratory construction of the colleges and universities in recent years,this paper discusses the main problems in each stage of development of the hotel laboratory construction,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to provide decision support for university about the scientific planning and management of hotel laboratory construction.
