悬锥装置在静态浑水中提高水沙分离效率的机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过物理模型试验,将沉降过程中浑水含沙浓度作为量测指标,对静态浑水在悬锥装置内的水沙分离特性进行了研究,分析了该装置提高浑水水沙分离效率的机理;并对模型装置中悬锥导片数量以及悬锥导片锥角的改变对该装置水沙分离效率的影响进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,容器中设置悬锥导片在沉降前期可以提高水沙分离效率4倍左右;悬锥装置的快速水沙分离机理是泥沙有效沉降面积的大幅提高;导片数量是影响沉降效率的主要因素,而导片锥角的大小对沉降效率影响不大。 The present study investigated the characteristics of watersentiment separation of the device with suspended cone-shaped vanes in static turbid water with physical model experiment, by using sedi- ment concentration in settlement process as measuring index. The mechanism of separation efficiency of turbid water,water-sediment improved by the device were analyzed, and the effects of the changes of sus- pended cone-shaped vances number and cone angle of suspended cone-shaped vances on efficiency of turbid water were studied. The result showed that the suspended cone-shaped vances set up in the container can improve the efficiency of water-sediment separation by 4 times in earlier stage of settlement The mechnism of water-sediment separation of device with suspended cone-shaped vances was effective settlement of sur- face area of sediment The number of vanes were the main factors affecting settlement efficiency and the size of the cone angle had little effect on settlemen efficiency.
