我国家电厂商销售团队信息传递障碍研究

A Study of the Information Transmission Obstacles Existed Chinese Home Appliance Manufacturers' Sales Teams

摘要 销售团队的信息传递水平对于我国家电厂商运营效率起着至关重要的作用,而骨干成员与用户以及骨干成员之间能否进行充分的信息交流,直接决定着企业的成败。本文以促进企业节省交易费用为研究视角,试图揭示我国家电厂商销售团队信息传递的障碍及成因,由此给出加速信息传递的对策建议。 The information transmission standard of sales teams plays very important role in the operation efficiency of Chinese home appliance manufacturers.And whether the core members and users as well as among core members can undertake sufficient information communication decides the success of an enterprise directly.From the view of helping enterprises save transaction cost,this paper tries to enclose the information transmission obstacles existed in Chinese home appliance manufacturers and the causes so as to provide suggestions to fasten information transmission.
