摘要
针对飞机上的燃油计量单元,设计出了一种基于高性能80C58单片机的控制系统。在该控制系统中,单片机作为中央处理器、矩阵键盘用于设置步进电机的工作方式、步进电机由专用芯片驱动、旋变数字转换器用于测量旋转变压器的角度、液晶显示屏显示相关数据。实践证明,控制系统具有实时性和交互性特点,并且使用非常方便,可用于控制不同型号的燃油计量单元。
This paper has designed a control system based on 80C58 SCM, aiming at the fuel metering unit on airplanes. In the control system, SCM has been used as the centr^l processing unit; matrix keyboard is used for setting the mode of stepper motor; the stepper motor is driven by the specialized chip; the angle of resolver is measured by resolver - to - digital conve:rsion [C; the final. datum are displayed on LCD. It has been proved that the control system has the feature of real - time and interaction, and it' s very convenient to use. It can be used for controlling different models of fuel metering unit.
