摘要
结合某电厂中水回用工程,将气力输送应用于石灰投加系统,研究石灰、絮凝剂和助凝剂的最佳用量,并考察振荡器和通过高压气体扰动两种辅助下灰方式的效果,探讨该系统在设计和运行中应注意的问题。正交试验结果表明,在满足出水硬度和浊度的条件下,各药剂的最佳用量为石灰350 mg/L、PAM 2 mg/L、氯化铁80 mg/L,搅拌时间15 min。工程调试、运行结果表明,气力输送系统运行稳定,容易实现自动化,机械加速搅拌澄清池出水水质稳定,出水硬度和碱度明显降低,满足设计要求。
Combined with one water reuse project of a power plant,pneumatic conveying system was applied to lime dosing system.The optimum dosage of lime,coagulant and aid coagulant,and the two methods of adding lime to feeder,oscillator and high pressure gas-agitated were studied.The problems to which attention should be paid in the system design and operation were discussed.The orthogonal results show that the optimum dosages of lime,PAM,ferric chloride are 350 mg/L,2 mg/L,80 mg/L respectively,the optimum mixing time is 15 minutes to meet the requirement of hardness and turbidity.The trial operation results show that the process works steadily.It is easy to be equipped with automatic device.The effluent quality of mechanical clarification tank is stable.Hardness and alkalinity are significantly decreased.The process meets the requirements of design.
