农村非点源水污染防治技术研究

Non-Point Source Water Pollution Control Technology in Rural Area

对我国农村非点源水污染各类防治技术的特点、适用范围和治理效果进行了归纳分析,认为农村水污染状况已阻碍了农民生活质量提高和农村可持续发展。针对农田径流(化肥、农药流失)、畜禽养殖、秸秆污染、农村生活污水等非点源污染,提出了切实可行的治理技术措施,建议通过建立不同类型区和示范区对有关技术进行研究,以遏制农村水污染的恶化趋势。

The present status and some countermeasures including the measures of prevention,control technology techniques,characteristics and range of applications and the effects of governance were analyzed in this paper.It was considered that the rural water pollution condition had hindered the livelihood quality of rural people and the rural sustainable development.Aiming at the non-point water pollution which caused by the runoff（loss of chemical fertilizers and pesticides）,livestock and poultry industry,the straw pollution,and rural sewage water pollution,this paper put forward the feasible measures,and the idea of establishment of fine study of different demonstration type and related technical measures to restrain the worsening tendency of rural water pollution.
