摘要
鸠坑毛尖茶历史悠久,文化底蕴深厚,本文介绍了历史名茶鸠坑毛尖的恢复创制过程。重点叙述了新创制的鸠坑毛尖茶机械加工工艺流程和技术参数。鸠坑毛尖的主要工艺为:鲜叶采摘与摊放、杀青、理条、揉捻、初烘、整形、复烘,本文对各工序技术要点和所用机械进行了总结,并提出了加工过程中应注意的问题。
Jiukeng Green Tea has long history and with a profound cultural base.The recreated process of this historical famous Jiukeng Green Tea was introduced in this paper.The mechanical technological process and technical parameters of the recreated Jiukeng Green Tea were primarily elaborated.The technological process of Jiukeng Green Tea was separated with seven steps: picking fresh leaves,fixing,carding,rolling,initial drying,shaping,and answering carbonado.The main technical points and the machines used in each step were also presented,and the potential problems that may occur during the processing were also pointed out.
